Cesar isn’t really a big fan of written bios. Its not that he isn’t proud of the work he’s accomplished, it’s just a difficult task to make the past come alive in a few sentences.  He’s acted, produced, choreographed fights and directed. From Shakespearian classics Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet, to modern programs like David Hare’s The Blue Room, to the outlandish, yet aptly-titled farce Drag Bimbos Take Manhattan.

After graduating on scholarship from the University of Houston, School of Theatre, Cesar spent years working in the Houston Theater scene at such venues as The Alley Theatre, Houston Grand Opera, Stages Repertory Theatre, DiverseWorks, and Actors Theatre of Houston.  He garnered reviews as the lead in the Upstart Filmworks award winning feature, Fade to Black and can still be seen late at night hosting the cable access talk show, Primetime with Cesar and Abe.

Moving to the Los Angeles area to further pursue a career in Television and Film, one could say he's become just a little sidetracked by another life long dream of pursuing the Surf.  When not filming or working, Cesar is investing too much time and energy at different aquatic locales such as Malibu Surfrider Beach, Leo Carrillo State Park and Bolsa Chica State Beach. (“the board is my stage, the ocean my theatre…”)

This eccentric young man has a passion for storytelling and is honored to be a founding member of this new endeavor, the Third Coast Theatre Company.
